Watching: Highly recommend the MJ: The Musical. I took Thomas last night and even though I’m not a huge MJ fan, the show was electric from start to finish, and the choreo was next level.
Shopping: Restocked our medicine cabinet with more of these after getting wiped out last week.
Eating: The Cobb salad from Pasta & Provisions is elite.
Reading: Pre-ordered this cookbook immediately.
Listening to: The Wuthering Heights soundtrack.
Loving: The newest addition to my nightly routine, this After Hours peptide treatment, a retinol alternative for sensitive skin.

THOUGHT DROP
I hate talking on the phone.
There’s something about a phone call that feels a little urgent, like I need to drop everything and be “on” in real time.
You know what I do love? Audio messages. They feel less intrusive than calling, but way more personal than texting. I can happily listen to a voice note while folding laundry, driving to the gym, or cooking dinner. Then I can ramble, overshare, and send my response when it’s convenient for me, and the recipient can listen when it’s convenient for them.
It’s a small shift, but I think it’s made me a better listener. I let it play all the way through without interrupting, actually think about what was said, and respond more thoughtfully instead of reacting mid sentence.
Maybe this will change in another season of life, but right now, I love receiving a voice note.
Mom, if you’re reading, your call is always welcome. Everyone else? Voice note me.
